Bought a second hand Miltkek race exhaust and got the car stage 2 but have issues with the valves closing when in sport/dynamic mode a quick blip on the throttle opens up them up but its so annoying anyone know of a fix to stop this and is it a DIY job or garage?

After having it in dynamic for so long I seem to loose the pops and crackle too. I’m sure I have heard others say the same?

- Cete exhaust valve module (dynamic will stay open - 2xesp allows you to open or close it any time you want - remembers last mode from shutdown to ingintion - etc...)
- Unplug + connection plugs if you want open all the time

Oh i read it wrong ;).
The milltek flap have a small "lock" to keep them closed. There is a small tube under the flap that contains a spring. Drill that out and you wont have zny issues anymore. Had to do it with both sides as my flaps didnt want to open anymore. Now with that little spring gone...working perfect ever since!

The spring once the cap was grinded off.
The issue is the actuator is not pushing the flap down enough compaired to that little spring keeping the flap in the lock...

Thanks - makes it a bit easier to see.

I wonder if it’s different if you used Audi actuators versus Miltek specific ones...

Actually in sound I can’t agree with you, Miltek has deep roaring sound if u use stock Downpipes and Miltek none resonated exhaust, akra is overpriced and not worth so much money at all, akra sounds similar to Audi sport exhaust
