Hi all, I’m about to collect performance edition and I’m wondering about servicing and maintenance for it. I have had Bmw and Porsche for the last 15 years and built up good relationships with the service desks and techs who worked on the car but I have no real experience of Audi.
My local dealers are (all approx equidistant for me) so can I have a vote of confidence for each dealer to help me choose where to take it when the time comes?

Which one is the best based on your experiences?

I use Bristol, but only because they are local. Seem ok, they’ve agreed to various warranty work on DRC on both my C7 and previous B7 RS4, so can’t complain about that. I have heard better things about Tetbury though and I think they are in a different dealership group to the other three too.

Can't vouch for any of those, but if you can get down to Taunton you'll find the legend, Stuart Hunt.

For those not familiar Stuart was the Master Tech at Camberley when they were regarded as the best in the country for the C5 beasts. He moved down to Taunton a few years back.

Last week I took my C7 beast down to Taunton for him to check over, even though I am 2 miles from Camberley - he's that good!

I use Cardiff Audi and find them to be spot on - excellent customer service, no issues with Milltek on the car; great loaners - I'm getting a Q8 whilst it goes in for its first service.

Master Techs are first rate; though TartanRob on here prefers Tetbury - Master Tech knows his onions.

Sadly in the main Audi's after care is pretty poor.

I've had to complain to Audi-UK numerous times about different dealers and very poor service. Last one being they told me ONLY if i had my car serviced with them they'd cover some warranty work. This bearing in mind they supplied my car and serviced it 8k miles previously so it's not due!

Anyone that has a good parts supplier for Audi parts ?
