Yes it's finally mine. Unfortunately I will be boring many of you with loads of questions just like I did with the guys on the C6 section.
Collected late this afternoon so not great for pics. I will put some more up asap.

id be interested to hear how you get on with the matte paint and if you put alot of rumours to bed about how difficult to look after they are meant to be

Andy based on the fact this car is nearly three yrs old the paint finish looks like new. I can't imagine Audi would offer this as a factory option that can't be maintained.
If it takes a bit of work to maintain then it's worth it for the look IMO

To be honest I'm looking at C7's with envy as the modern systems make the C6 feel steam powered. The C6 is all about 'that engine' though which I absolutely love and C7's are still too pricey for me. Last time I spent around £50k on a car I got massively smashed come resale time. Plus paying £1k a month in premiums is just too big a hit for me.

I've spent most of today just enjoying the C7 and as you said the systems are just so much more advanced than the C6. The tech in mine is fantastic. I couldn't stop my 19yr old son changing everything every two seconds. He referred to the C6 as an old mans car !!!! But he actually likes the C7.
I can't really afford this but after lots of playing with the numbers it's worked well on PCP just over £500 a month with my C6 as the deposit.
I'd been looking for about 6 months and normally once I start looking that's it for the old car.

Boom, great work mate. I was looking at discounts etc last night so it's only a matter of time before I start pining for a C7.....properly.
Don't get me wrong, I love my C6 but the technology etc is a little old like everyone says.

The C6 really is a monster I loved mine but after three years of ownership it was just time to move on. The C7 just feels like a brand new car, it's not, being nearly three years old but credit to the previous owner mine is like new.
It's difficult to find exactly what you want with a used car but I'm not far off that.
HUD is really nice. Night vision assist sounds cool but as yet untested.
What sold it to me was matte grey looks the boll###s

I loved the HUD on my old M5 touring and would definitely like it on my next car. Not many have it though I don't think.
Does the PCP work in the same way as it does with a new car then? If you don't mind me asking.
So yours has a pretty long list of options then?

The HUD is a whacking great big plastic add on, on top the dash, looks crap and is guaranteed to rattle. It's a pretty poor solution for the cost.
PCP works the same on any vehicle. Look at value x years down the line, adjust rate to weight against risk. Rates are higher on used, though often more options, as it won't be backed by the manufacturer.

Ski, am I right in seeing that your plate starts OV*****. I don't mean to pee on your new car but it looks like those front discs look like they have a deep wear ridge on them.
If it is OV then it would have been an Audi demo car and I think I might have drove that car on a Audi RS day.
It is a beautiful car though.

Audi did run a lot of cars with matte paint....not many customer cars have had it.
