This is the cheapest I have seen yet. As far as I can see it has absolutely no options, and is totally base spec. Am I right? What do you guys think about the price?

Belfast based car. Still UK, still perfectly viable but it is traditionally harder to move expensive metal in Belfast. I used to see quite a few nice cars there below normal value. No limitations, UK Reg and no paperwork, easy to bring home on the ferry. Go for it.
It's not as if these things need a lot of options in truth. If you want to have all the fun for half the calories then knock yourself out.
Only hesitation that springs to mind is that the roads can be pretty bad so have a full suspension check.

So not an issue at all being a Balfast car? Surely suspension not an issue as car will be under warranty, so any issues and Audi will have to sort. Actually, have spotted one option, keyless start? How much do you think this is this likely to be worth in 3 years with 100k on the clock?

The whole Audi A6 range has keyless start as standard. That was certainly the case for the facelift, I thought this was true for pre facelift too.

Metallic paint was optional wasn't it?

Yes, always had keyless start.
Who knows that it'll be worth, but there's a LOT more volume than with C6. I reckon low 20s at six years old with 100k.

Oh I see, am I confusing keyless start with advanced key? So in you guys informed opinion, what do you think about the price? What, if any, discount should i push for if I were to buy it?

Yes, advanced key is keyless entry. You get keyless start regardless.
As a used car there's not going to be much haggling. Might get a grand or 1500.

Given the complexity of the car I would not be looking to beat down the price but instead get them to add the warranty and service plan to keep the operating price down. Saving £1000 up front could be a lot less than getting one BIG service bill.
With the suspension alignment I only meant to say that I would ask them to get a full track/inspection done as tyres are also NOT cheap.
If you are going to put 100k miles on the car then you are going to get whacked for most of the price of the car in depreciation anyway so you may as well get someone else to pay as much of the upfront depreciation as possible.
I used to do high company mileage and bought a VW Pheaton V10 as 12 month/12k miles VW dealer ex-demo car. 80k car for £32k and then ran it for 120k miles. Probably the best miles/£ comfort turbo-sofa ever.
If you strip out the man-maths and are not worried about pre-ownership worries then add the warranty it makes it a good purchase as you have the same safety net.

Personally I'd hang about and wait a little longer....depends what you want spec wise...that car is poverty spec.
Depends what your budget is...wait for another 6 months and you'll get under 50k I'd suggest for a much lower
Mileage car with better spec?

Chris - I'm not sure 6 months is going to make that much difference? I have been checking used prices since they can out, and don't seem to have moved much?
Bit - I think you're right, push for 2 years extended warranty & a free service would be a better idea than trying to get money off. Am I right in thinking that the comprehensive warranty can be extended up to 100k & 10 years old?

Another question, does the c7 have a valved exhaust like the b7 rs4?

Is it only valved with the sports exhaust, or is the standard chrome tipped exhaust valved too?

Not sure they can add two years warranty, I think that can only be renewed annually. Free service could be problematic if it has to be done at the same dealer.
