Lowering and / or spacers

I'm just wondering who has lowered their C7s or fitted modist spacers. There seems a few inconclusive threads on here. I just want to improve the stance really. I love my 21 black finished wheels but it does sit a little high compared to other cars I've had. At the same time I don't want to make it uncomfortable or have any rubbing or non OEM feel to the car. There are several brands of springs out there from reputable brands such as H&R etc.

Has anyone on here done either of the above and any recommendations?

I have dynamic pack not air suspension..

Ive got a kw lowering kit and spacers sat in box in the garage waiting for the weather to get better and I may fit them. Bought it all before car arrived. Only worry I would have with spacers is more stone chips etc on the front of rear arches. Rears could do with being spaced out as they sit inside the arches by quite a way.

I will decide on spacers once the new wheels are fitted. I am planning on lowering it soon after it arrives but there are others on here that have done it already. Sounds like you've already read the previous threads about it though.
I guess it all depends on how much you lower it by. H&R have springs at 2 different heights and KW do an adjustable height spring kit. KW also do a proper ground scraping set of springs under a different brand name (gepfetert or something like that, the uk distributor runs and rs6 ).

I was only thinking 20mm ish. Just enough to loose the arch gap without compromising ride or any rubbing etc. Assuming that's possible. Or spacers may do the same without lowering but can't find much info really. Lots of great photos on the web but no feedback on the results. I've lowered a few cars before and if anything the ride had improved but they were less modern cars!

H&R do a 20mm drop set of springs, part number 28828-1.
Cheapest place I can find is on ebay from Germany for just under £200. I haven't translated this page to check everything, this is just to give you an idea:

I don't remember who posted this, or what thread it was in, but this is pretty much perfect to me. H&R springs, not sure about spacers.

That was the look I had in mind but think I read that there was some rubbing on this one? It would be good to know someone that can say for example I've got xyz fitted and no rubbing etc.

I have got the set up off that car in my garage. kW adjustable Spring kit 15mm spacers rear and I thinks it's 12 MM front.

Yes, I've read about this a few times now, you can lower the air suspension by up to 17mm using VCDS. You could probably go lower but that is the lowest within the predefined limits.
Unfortunately it's not that easy with DRC like the OP has.

Yeah I have been dragging my heels a bit. Want to measure camber before I lower it to see the difference. Looking at the standard car it is either zero or edging towards positive camber which won't help under steer. Lowering it should enduce some negative camber.
