Well what a few days. Picked her up Sat afternoon 2 weeks earlier than expected when I ordered her. The car drives as I remember from our RS open day last year.

I didn't go over the top with extras but opted for Sports Exhausted, Pan Roof, Privacy glass, Parking assist.

And I know a lot of you out there prefer the optional 21s I love these wheels to bits. The diamond cut effect when clean is great.

There has been talk of torque steer in previous threads and I know exactly what they are on about. I put it down to the extreme power transferring to the rear wheels and leaving the front a little light.

Anyway it is a dream to drive and I'm now officially back in my Ford Ranger whilst the wife gets the daily pleasure of driving her and my 3 kids around. Only down side is the fuel but no one buys these rockets expecting good consumption.

Nice
As I said in my other post, I think these are the better style of wheel, but 21s will always look better. My ultimate choise would be this wheel in a 21" size (which as you know is not avaiable...yet)

Are those blue ballons to celebrate your blue car on it's homecoming?

And you could have given the baby seat base a wipe before putting into your brand new car!! Looks like fag ash on it LOL!

Enjoy!

May I recommend a couple of these to stop your nice new white leather getting scuzzed up under the car seats:

Brave going with white interior with children - I thought about it but figured I would be constantly cleaning... Does look good tho!

I have ordered this and hopefully it works. Know the light leather will be trouble but worth it.

It looks fantastic! I always thought that the 20' looks better even if the 21' bring more presence to the car. Good combination. Enjoy it with all the family!

Cheers
