Hi so we all know delays etc with the cars. So it all started last year around this time at Tyneside Audi order a Estoril blue RS6. Even though I mentioned the colour was no longer available they said it was fine and was still able to get one, 3 months on and after many calls oh sorry sir we will have to order a new colour choice as this is now no longer availiable. So I got my 10k deposit back and started looking for other cars so in November ordered a RS6 from kings Lynn as heard are great build week 28, 27 , 24 came down slowly but surely then incident with door handles to which it went back and currently still at bw 28 august/September delivery. 10 months after order and they've got my 10k deposit too. Sales Exec dan has been superb I rang audi UK after couple days case manager Ryan called along with dan from kings Lynn great news we will get you a relief car this was on Thursday before bank hol, then on Tuesday Ryan calls again sorry but we will not be giving you a relief car which I really could do with as dust expect my car to take this long. Dan agrees with me and says this is ridiculous of them audi UK blaming kings Lynn won't give the car and vice versa any help suggestions.

also order form states estimated delivery 31st may when actually the car won't be here until august September. A full year on

Quite simply i'd have told them to shove the order up their arse. I realise waiting for something is always painful, but i'd not be standing for such bad business practice & Customer Service.

I have to say I agree.
If I'd had my time again, I'd probably have walked. However, bigger discount and a loaner for 5 months is hard to walk over. And the car is superb.
I'd push for a loaner. Take that to Mr Konsbruk.

When i complained to Audi UK they were pretty useless at doing anything... I ordered in March last year but due to the shortage of ceramic brakes i never got a build week until after November when I was able to roll the order over to a FL car. They said as they had not committed to a build week, the car wasn't late and therefore there were no grounds to give me a temp car.
In your case, it sounds like you've more of a case to push Audi Uk to sort it out if you have a date on the order form. I'd also try and do it in a public way, such as on their FB page...

I pushed Audi UK and was given a dealer car on loan for a week and then an Audi uk car for another two weeks, my car was only really 3-4 weeks late unlike yours. Audi UK even sent me £200 of Audi gift vouchers, use your angry voice !!!

Yeah you guys are right think ive been too soft polite need to be a bit more firm and show my anger in terms. We'll see what happens the response from them takes as long as the car been talking to ryan for 3 weeks now regarding the relief car.

That's the problem fella. I fear dealers nowadays (not just Audi) take the stance that the buyer wants the car more than the dealer wants to sell it so it puts them in the stronger position. At the end of the day their are lots of great cars around & if that's the stance you take then the dealers often change their tune & realise the business they feel they've secured has the potential to walk away.
If i felt i was being bent over &/or my dealer was taking the pi$$, i'd be taking my money elsewhere within seconds. That's not to say i've never been bent over, but when it comes to most things i've become a lot less tolerant over the years.

My tuppence worth is when dealing with Audi uk, speak to someone senior. All the idiots that answer the phones are called managers of customer services executives, but they're just plebs.
Keep escalating it until you get someone that can actually do something other than palm you off
Alternatively, the top boy is called Craig Westwood, and his email is
craig.westwood@audi.co.uk
He'll obviously delegate it, but it'll only go down a couple of levels and it's better to start at the top and work down, rather than trying to work your way up a red tape laden structure of an improbable amount of levels
When 'mobility cars' are provided by Audi uk, they're generally charged in form of a rental to the dealer, so the dealer will try and tell you it's Audi uk's fault rather then theirs as they don't want to have to pick up what's probably a pretty hefty bill for AUK to rent out an RS model
Audi's
Facebook doesn't allow you to post publicly, so you'll not get much luck there, but it's always good to attack from all angles
Let them know you're moaning on here too, as Audi UK are having a push on keeping it's 'forum' customers happy, so now's a good time to get their attention. Especially as it's right in the face of many potential RS model customers
Best of luck

Simples....

Andre.Konsbruck@audi.co.uk>
His PA will probably reply. Push it though, don't let them lob it back at the exec team as you'll just end if in circles again. I refused to deal with them in the end as the guy was a pleb, just did not get it.
