Just been reading that a UK dealer slipped up and prematurely released details on an upcoming RS6 plus. Which was then quickly taken down but not before screenshots were grabbed.

As I have only just ordered a week ago and have the opportunity to change my mind, I'm wondering if anyone knows how likely it is that this will be announced and availble to order in the near future?

Anyone have any more details?

I may have to quiz my dealer next week and see if there is scope to hold off and look at this.

If and when a plus does appear they will be priced at a premium, limited run and are unlikely to attract discount.

Ah I see. Why would they rehash a story from over a year ago?

I have it from a reasonably decent source that it'll show early 15 with deliveries starting autumn.
Changes are a bit more power, unique colours and a few special trims and a wheel option
I heard nothing on weight loss, but it'd make sense to drop a few KG's here and there

Dont you just love number chasers.

Those of us that have one, have dyno'd theirs will already know they are running nearer 600 already.

Of the 4 cars I have seen run on the rollers this was the case.

So unless its a really special car, why on earth would you spend the expected premium for an engraved badge on the dash?

I await the backlash from those C6 owners who own + cars!!

There's no specific pattern. Possible that there will never be a +.

Plus model we will have to wait and see but if you read into what net car press says that there will be no special allocated numbers or a limit on amount produced e.g 1/500. So with that said dont let it put you off your orders guys. It is a bit annoying if they release one as for some one as bragging rights it will win. Power wise a map will do more and standard making around 601 as mentioned. And as for the new RS7 facelift im not the biggest fan of the straight headlights and think the current on both the 6 and 7 look much better.

I notice RS7 dropped from Audi UK support, so full whack less what ever you can winkle out of the dealer.

Is that the £3,000 contribution they were offering ? If so not be same for RS6 soon ?. Hope theres something still there next year when mine arrives as they could not quote me for now as 10 months away.

The 7 was more, 6 currently 6k, 3 from Audi UK and 3 from dealer.
