Why break a habit of a lifetime. Those who know me know I've virtually changed wheels on every car I've owned. It does help that I'm very good friends with the owner of Wheelmania in Birmingham. I'm never a person to keep my cars standard this Rs6 has already had its front windows tinted and I've been talking to my friends at DMS about a remap. £1800 for another 120bhp. Big dunno????
Car looks stunning
What torqs is Rob suggesting?
My F10 M5 is down there early next week to have the top speed limiter removed & some fine tuning of the tune

Chunky that price was only a rough guide that my son found out. Apparently the Adv.1 wheel is a 3 piece and they custom design them to whatever spec you choose. Ie ofset dish and so on. Looked at the hre wheels. Nah we all like different things and they're not for me.

I spoke to Darren this time and didn't discuss torque value. But will do when he gets back to me with a better price when he talks to Rob. We've had over 20 cars done by DMS over the last 8/9 years so I'm expecting a huge discount this to time so just waiting at mo.

Most of the
BIG wheel makers will build to your spec, but are lots of moonies. Wheelmania, they still on the A45 by the airport? They were on the Hagley road last time I went in many years ago. Take a run upto Prestige wheels in Castle Bromwich, only heard great things about them.
Take it you like open spokes?
Back on topic seeing as this isn't the C5 forum, how are you finding the car? Anything you'd change or wish you'd had?

Daytona with black optics is a splendid combo

. The C7 does look pretty smart in nearly all colours though.

Right. DMS got back to me. Remap and full cat back Miltek all done and dusted £3000 all in. Happy days. 690/705 bhp an extra 80/90lb torque. Told myself I'm having it done when I get bored and when I've done 5000 miles.

Not looked at MRC? I'd say they're the folk to go to for RS product. I'm pretty sure their stage two will give more horses and torques.

To be honest with you guys DMS have always done all our cars and have never done us wrong. Although I'm a risk taker in many things in my life. 1 thing I don't risk is the car.

Although they don't specialise in tuning Audi's in the same way MRC do, they've tuned many RS's over the years & in fact i set up a group buy on here years ago (before MRC really existed) for B7 RS4's.
As per Eddie's comments, i've used DMS on several cars including my current & you tend to go with who you trust if you've a long established relationship & always had a good experience.
Good price that for Mili & tune, i'd hazard a guess that's a stage one tune?

Some of us are Pro MRC and some of us are Pro DMS. I'm not going down the road of telling what cars DMS have done for us but I will say they've all been very exotic cars and as trust is an issue when a company works on our precious big boys toys then we have to go to who we trust. And for me DMS are the ones we trust. MRC may well produce better figures and may well have worked on more RS cars but that doesn't even matter to me.

I'd say that's probably a gimme, but DMS have seen many more of pretty much everything else & as above if they're ones trusted Tuner of choice then it becomes a no brainer. Their bread & butter business are Turbo Porsches & Lambo's, but they've developed code for most performance models & i personally find that breadth of experience a major positive. Both however are excellent at what they do & serve their respective markets/customers very well.
Saw that C7 on FB. Made me chuckle they didn't adjust the wick ever so slightly to get 1000nm. Good outputs though for a stage 2 tune with just zorst & filters.
