Can it be because of ecu remap and stage 2? As we all know car has more power then it tears apart quicker, of course some of our technicians in here will say otherwise and they state that ecu remap doesn’t affect anything.
Nah standard cars are having the same issue, Its the strainer that is blocking is causing the issue, And that is the chance you take modifying your car!

Offcourse a remap, and especially going to the limite, will cause earlier break down. What i silently was affraid for was recently confirmed on audizine by some.
Some maps pushing the turbines to their limites and can over time become so stressed out they explode (with no running hot/broken shafts but purely the turbine)
->overspine of the turbo. God knows untill what boots you are playing safe but offcourse time and how much you pushing it all mathers.
So it ain't all that simple to classify them all under the 'ohh it was just the known oil strainer'.
