I've not been particularly concerned over this, given the distance from my house to garage, the fact the car is garaged and also we normally park another car blocking the garage.

That said for £8 and a very slight change of routine, I now keep my key in this when at home:

Comfortably accommodates the Audi remote with a Keyring and does indeed block the RF (silver lined pocket only).

My spare key already in a location no RF will escape, which is another consideration.

The Microwave also acts as a faraday cage unless I'm very much mistaken!

A metal tin would have done, but I've not had anything to hand the right size since I started thinking of it, so went with the pouch.
