To a lesser degree, my GT3 does the same. The best car i had was a Gen 2 997 Turbo S which was instant.
Same on the Gen 1. Only used it once, pointless, massive, overkill, opposition gave up, but fundoodlebug wrote:It's exactly that with the RS6, with it being slosh-o-tronic there's no map for launch.
Your GT3 should be OK, though nothing compares to the TTS, that is utterly brutal. On gen 2, all you do I flick to Sport+, stamp on both pedals, then release the brake. Face ache follows soon after.
Don't you have to take first stage traction off on gen 1?DragonRR wrote:Same on the Gen 1. Only used it once, pointless, massive, overkill, opposition gave up, but fundoodlebug wrote:It's exactly that with the RS6, with it being slosh-o-tronic there's no map for launch.

In a nutshell, no. It was some time ago so I just watched my cheat video to make sure! Engage "D", press Sport+, foot on brake, foot all the way down on accelerator pedal beyond kickdown, check "Launch Control Activated", engine revs rise, release brake - Go.doodlebug wrote:Don't you have to take first stage traction off on gen 1?DragonRR wrote:Same on the Gen 1.
