Top pic looks like the car needs a new air compressor.
It reminds me of the days when my Uncle would make caustic comments about having to go and get the Hydrolastic suspension on his 1100 pumped up. Again.

Somewhere between the 2 or stick with standard. I think a 10mm drop would be about perfect.
