What's your driving like a lot of stop start in and around town or motorway miles I ask because town driving stopping at low speeds and gentle braking over time builds up pad material on the disks that will eventually give you the squeal when applying the brakes at low speeds also if they mechanic puts a little copper coat between the pad and the anti squeal plate this also helps stop the noise
But the best way to remove the noise is as been stated use the brakes as intended
If I get any squeal I take the car out to a quite stretch of road and disable the hill hold assist and brake hard from 70 to almost stopped with out inducing the abs and repeat about 8 times now if you feel a little sick at the end your braking hard enough if you don't brake harder then continue on for around 15 mins to allow the brakes to cool don't stop or use the brakes during this time
This will remove any pad material build up on the disks which is usaly the reason for the break squeal

Interestingly I am still driving exactly the same with the best brakes and no squeal.

Starting getting it on mine recently (13,000km) phoned Audi and they said its normal told me to go drive it hard and let it sort itself out. Been a month and I start to see some uneven marks on the disc so I took it in today. They then said the pads might be contaminated? Will see what they do, not too happy as I've never had this with any other car. To make things a bit more annoying, the battery is already running flat in the key fob after only a year and half after receiving the car new.

I have already trade 3 times my front brake pads and the noise appears EVERYTIME after 1000km. And trade the caliper 1 time.

No noise : cold

Noise: warm and low speed

I dont know what to do anymore.
