+1 for Admiral Multicar- no requirement to have a tracker was the main attraction for me, price was competitive also.

And another - Admiral Multicar. Just (today) bought a new Golf R as a runabout. £140 for the insurance (3rd car on this policy). Wifey also has an Admiral multicar policy. My only complaint would be that you still have to get new quotes each year to keep them on their toes!
