And I too know that car and that dealership! Looks awesome, very nearly went for it but ended up ordering a grey one from them.

EDIT!
Actually that is a load of bull (about the blue car & dealership)! I was close tho! The reg was almost identical so I "assumed" it was the car and dealer. The car I looked at looked identical but the reg ended with a "T"! I guess it was another Audi fleet/press car.

If I understand you correctly Amanda, the originator of this thread bought the car kept it for just over a month and then returned it! How bizarre!

Unfortunately, people's circumstances change over night....often for the worse financially. He may have lost his job or something else just as traumatic/worse, and now it doesn't make sense. I imagine tho' that once tasted he will miss it, unless he comes on here again to tell us how awful it was and he couldn't live with it....unlikely....and this would be the bizarre bit.

If you read his first post he runs revitup.com so it's unlikely he lost his job! If my business was on the ropes I wouldn't be buying an £80k motor as losing a fat wedge of cash on buy back is a big decision not to be taken lightly. The only person I know personally to have done this was on an RS4 in 2006 at Finchley Road Audi and his name was Rothschild.
Never nice if something unpleasant happens however it was a lighthearted inquisitive question by me. I thought Amanda may have a reasonable explanation as unfortunately this is her second home recently. Thanks for pointing out the possible reasons though......much appreciated.

just realised few comments been made of why the car was traded back in by me within 8 weeks,

yes i run revitupuk.com and certainly wasnt because of money worries :)

it was purely down to the fact that after 4 weeks of having it, some idiot drove straight into the side of it causing 14k of damage, i did not want to have a 80k car which suffered damage already, i was without it for 9 weeks and had lost interest in it after it was damaged, so traded it back in for
shame though as i did love the car

What did you trade it in for?

That is a beautiful car but understand your comments.
