I'd highly recommend the Karcher professional cleaner. It's the dogs. Does pretty much everything from cold to hot to steam, and you can put chemicals straight into the tank. Would be even better if it had 2 chem tanks for different things. I wonder if they do that on newer models. And it's super easy to remove the lance and attach the snow foam sprayer thing. Not cheap, but then again I went through 3 normal pressure washers, that just break after a while, before I got the big Karcher.
