Hi guys, so I’m picking up the car on Wednesday I hope you can help me with a couple of things

1. The car has the black pack and the dealer has offered me a free set of Matt aluminium mirror covers, should I go for them?
I can’t visualise what it would look like with them.

I am thinking that the car may look like an A6 TDI without them?

2. The car is about 120 miles away from where I live and there is a local Miltek retailer willing to do a good deal on a non res car back system (valved)

Do you guys know if I will be able to bring the original exhaust home without cutting it. (I really don’t want to cut it)

And more importantly can any of you with the miltek tell me if you guys get drone at any part of the rev range with the valves open or closed.

Hi and hope u love the new car on arrival ! I would t bother sticking mirrors on but would take the covers anyway as they probably worth a few quid so you can always punt on and the exhaust you take off will def not fit in car you would need a van with i’m Guessing at least 3 metre load floor if you don’t want to cut it

There is a thread on here where someone posted some photos of a black car with alu mirrors at the weekend and I commented he needed to lose the alu mirrors.

You may get lucky, the exhaust splits in the middle, rear silencers are separate, too.

Can't find dimensions on the web on cursory search but would think that by putting seats down and passenger forward it should fit.

I’m going to try to get them to change the silver mirrors to the carbon ones even if I have to pay for them.

Just the question about exhaust drone. I’d really appreciate some guidance.

I’ll put up some collection photos should be there around 1pm.
