Bloodyhell fella. Hope you get it sorted. Can understand your frustration, but like others have said not really down to Audi.. You have got to take it up with mapping co.. Good luck as that is one hell of a price to pay...

I’d say he’s one of those people that are using emojis wrong. 😂 is meant to mean laughing out tears of joy/happiness. I think he should be using😢or even 😭 which is more appropriate for his situation.
