Smart Phone Interface Retrofit

Apologies if this is in the wrong place. I have just purchased a 2015 RS6 which does not have the smart phone interface on the MMI. I had a google (Audi smart phone retrofit) and found on the Audi Shop website https://shops.audi.com/en_GB/web/zubeho ... m0051472-9 that Audi offer the retrofit on 2015 RS6's for 250 Euros. They say it isn’t available on the A6 until 2017 but it is on the RS6 2015. I can’t find it available on the Audi UK site. I called Audi Customer Service and they say it isn’t available in the UK and must be a third-party product. I explained it is their own site and just kept being told it can’t be an Audi genuine part or site and Audi don’t sell anything in Euros! I had a go at suggesting that Audi probably do sell in Euros but lost the will to live. Does anyone know anything about this? Clearly it is available unless I am more stupid than I wish to think. I wondered if Audi in Europe are more helpful. I am in Germany, France, Netherlands quite a lot so I could book it in over there I assume? First experiences of Audi customer service are not great to be honest. Any experience advice or guidance very much appreciated.
