Also noticed many chips on the front of my RS6 exclusive purple so stands out even more white dots. The paint is very soft i know newer paints water based etc but its gonna happen but so annoying got a ceramic coating done to car 9h hardness quite a few coats actaully and great for anything but not going to stop stone chips. I should have went down the clear wrap route first front bumper leading edge of bonnet one on the pillars just seems to have picked them up for fun. Picked the car up september and drove back very cautiously not in the sense of speed but as in staying well away from cars ahead etc and still noticed one or two small ones straight away, but now 6 months on and around 2 and a bit thousand miles just ruins it for me and its hardly been used only on nice days 2 maybe 3 motorway runs apart from that local driving on days off for someone who enjoys detailing there car ruins it even more, all i can advise is anyone fussed about chips get a clear wrap bra whatever on the front i would say more so than detailing as i spent a fortune on detailing ceramic coating but u can always get painted corrected refined but harder to replace lost paint and chips. :beerchug:
