Ordered an RS6 Performance

What are people's thoughts on the blue carbon interior trim? Having not seen it in the flesh it might be ghastly. I currently have it ordered and am wondering the whether to play it safe and go for the normal carbon?

Personally, I think it is rather cheap and flashy. I think, though, that the issue is whether you are specc'ing the car with the resale value in mind. Often people like to see all of the unique features on a car that differentiate it from its lesser cousins when they are buying secondhand, so you will need those PE wheels, too, instead of the no-cost twisted spoke design (which are much nicer IMO). All essential if you want to shift the thing at a later date.

Me too, although i didn't realise for about 12mths that i could from the remote as well as the button inside the bootlid.

Great spec Mike, I love panther. I would not bother about the smart key, i agree with what has been said.
If you go with the blue stitched seats i would go with the blue carbon as these two things are PE only.
Oh and thats a great discount you have got.

I've ditched the Blue carbon for normal carbon now... Too risky without seeing it first.
I think the advanced key is going now, just deciding whether to go for a sunroof or assisarance package. Although I originally ditched the assistance package I've been reading more about the pre sense plus and I like it.

I have the pan roof - I got it because I feared the interior would be too dark, but it's not so my roof - and even the blind - have remained permanently closed. Not worth it IMO. The Assistance Pack makes the car an amazing motorway mile muncher. If you do any significant motorway miles it is essential.

No advanced key but I got the assistance pack instead.

There is about a hand full of PEs for sale on mobile,de, one is panther with the titanium pack, plus the new wheels.
