BREAKS, what to do!?!?

I have a c7 with 8700km, with 800km the brake started to do a little noise, then increase to a very loud metal sound!!!

I wento to an Audi dealer, after sent many imagines, sounds to audi factory, they trade my pad brakes and rotor.

Ok, everything working nice.

Now, with 7000km STARTED again, i sent the car to the dealer, they took a lot of pictures, sounds, BUT audi factory does not want to trade.

Anybody have this problem?

What kind of noise? Any pictures of your brakes?

Can only be not getting the brakes hot enough and/or sitting on the brakes with a low amount of pressure for a period of time.

I'm 6k miles in and have had no issues what so ever. But, I use the brakes as intended, late and hard.

Doodlebug, I think thats the nail on the head. I had problems on steels with being too kind and easy. They cars need a workout and without detailed knowledge I believe the ceramics require heat to work best. Still Audi should deal with this as a disatisfied customer may look elsewhere next time!
