talking about green, they used to do a dark green (have seen on a few RS6 C6, never seen it on a C7) which was at the same time stealthy and also somehow unique. I also think it had the additional benefit of being not too much in your face so less likely to be boring over time

the other color that I personally like and it is very rare in the UK (have never seen it) is Nardo Grey. Merlin Purple looks amazing too

Mine is MisanoRed, bought second hand, was more focused on spec and price

If you want something wild then probably best to get a wrap fitted on a good base colour.

My vote would be Nardo Grey with black optics and some ceramics:

I do like the Nardo Grey , looks great in the pictures. I do have to agree with the wrapping thing, i think thats possibly the best way to go about it rather than limiting myself when it comes time to sell and also prolonging my build...

Nice

Should be different enough from the norm, yet saleable when the time comes.

I've been 50/50 with Sepang Blue and Nardo Grey for a while now, I'm at the point where I can still change my order.

After seeing Nardo in these 2 pictures, it put me off a little

Image

Image

It's very flat and it's definitely a marmite colour, half the people I have asked have said it's missing its top coat and looks cheap, the other half love it as it's unusual. I'm still 50-50.

This was the picture that convinces me Sepang is the right move...

Image

Pops out far more in the sun and looks stunning, nothing like the flatness of Nardo in the sunlight.

And then there's Misano, this picture looks stunning..

Image

It's just perhaps a little too bright and in your face for such a big car.

Very difficult choice.

I agree, a lot of pictures of the nogaro are very different, but after seeing this one I was more convinced. At the end of the day it's not going to disappoint no matter what :) !

The white balance on that 1st Geospot image is off quite a bit I'd say, looks almost mint green.

I've corrected it in the below image to what would be more representative of the car in those lighting conditions. It's a solid colour, so will look flatter as there is no metallic flake within the paint.

I went to a prestige dealers last week who had a Nardo RS7 and a Daytona RS6 in the showroom next to each other, Daytona blew the Nardo away, I walked right past it.

Also, I would bear in mind that Nardo is the only no cost paint option on the new RS3, so you will see more of them around. I still like Nardo a lot but sometimes more than others.
