ive received some spacers from a forum member and totally on my choice I went for the 20mm at either side. However with the lowered springs on they tyres are rubbing so realistically im looking at 10mm spacers for it to work and im just waiting to hear back from the supplier but can anyone recommend what type to go for and what size type of bolts would be needed
thanks for any help

Re: wheel spacers
Eibach make a 12mm spacer. TUV approved and so no worry about failing etc. Dont have the prices to hand but from memory they are around £80.00 per pair. OE is 28mm bolt so just add 12mm. Thread type 14x1.5mm with 17mm headMidlife wrote:ive received some spacers from a forum member and totally on my choice I went for the 20mm at either side. Re: wheel spacers
Seemingly the DCS system has to be unplugged and then removed for the springs to be removed however with two sets of hands it's possible to remove and fit without having to do this
The ride gas not been affected at all but the spacers were a blow and it looks like the spacers can't be returned so they will be up for sale
If you go to the dealer they will charge you £400 just to refill the system

Re: wheel spacers
Im really sorry for my bad english understanding, but why did the spacers not work/fit? How about the mtm spacers, they are designed for the rs6 c7?

Re: wheel spacers
I will hereby do a reply to my question.
Just spoke to MTM germany, who actually offers spacers for the rs6 c7, in 20mm and 30mm, however the expert there did not recommend any spacer for the rs6 c7 unless you have under 20inch wheels, i told him the smallest are 20 inch and he said it would be to much the arch and would not fit.
If one wants to lower the rs6 with air suspension they have a kit, costs around 1500€ and lowers it a nice ca 25mm.
