Good find.
I wonder how the outcome would change should they use the 4WD version of the AMG E63 which, sadly, is not available in the UK.

It'd be closer, but I'd still expect rS6 to snatch it. Better power deliver and a better 'box.

Very interesting test re braking. I wonder if ceramic brakes would made the braking distance any shorter.

the test on the show proved how easy it is to drive in all conditions mearest hint of rain and the E63 was struggling

Even though ceramics are lighter, it's marginal all things considered. Best to think of ceramics as consistent rather than better in terms of stopping distance.
