Hi,

I have sent my calipers to brake caliper specialists located in Nottingham for some weeks ago, and i am not getting proper answers on the status of my calipers..

Is there anyone inside this forum that lives nearby, or knows the owner or any employee of this company? Or could pop by and check it up for me?

I am located in Norway, so it's a bit of hassle to vist them

They recieved the calipers 05.02.16 and i sent them payment 15.02.16. I have requested a picture of my calipers so they can prove what they are saying to me.. Two weeks ago they were refurbished, rebuilt and painted, just awaiting the logo on the front calipers and that was planned to be done the day after i called, but last week i was told that they were in process and were due to be finished today.

I have not received any picture, and they are not responding to my emails.

It's 4 off RS6 calipers for ceramic brakes, front and rear.

Great if someone can assist me on this matter!

Did you get your calipers back?

I'm not at this forum each day, to say the least.

Yes, they finally got back to me, after 4 months waiting, where BCS was repsonsible for 2,5 of them.

They have still not paid me back the refund that theu have promised, but they are now quite quick on answering mails.. paint and finish was very good, apart from that i am not especially happy with using BCS. It's just to many empty promises, and lack of control.

Finally got my refund back.. after nearly a year of waiting and sending constant emails asking them!

I was pretty sure that i was not going to see my 118£ any more, so actually i am pretty surprised that they sent me the money in the end.

Ahhwell, almost a year in and my brakes are working fine at least. Paint finish is still good also.

Sorry to drag this up. But something to add.

I had an issue with BCS on my calipers for my track car, they took forever to come back to me, maybe 3-4 months and then when I fitted them to the car and bled them all the "premium paint" I paid extra for started peeling off as soon as any brake fluid got near them.

Brakes work fine but I wouldn't use them again.
