I'll kept that comparison up my sleeve. I wont need to pull that one out until I'm on to buying a third watch in the collection. For the fourth watch I'll then resort to man maths to bamboozle her with figures.

I'm liking this thread. Getting to see everyone's cool watches and their thoughts on owning them, all backed up with a generous lump of humor. Can we have Horology as a sticky in the off topic section :biggrin3:

Oh you mean on the right of the pic. It's just a cheap ladies TAG.

He's also had a Cameron LTD edition Sea dweller ,a 41mm Explorer and some Omega thing since that pic was taken last year. He's nuts for his watches.

Cool, thanks eddie. Its defo on the left of my screen (tapatalk) and also upside down, but at least i know what it is now :)

If hes semi serious about investment items aswell, he'd do well to look at more vintage subs. You wont lose money on the modern ones but as Bam sad, things like double red subs is where the serious investment returns are but they start around 30k or so

TBF he just buys them for fun. I keep telling him he's only got 2 wrists and would look stupid wearing more than one at a time and he can't swim so whys he keep buying divers watch.

Nowt wrong with a classic Casio Eddie. It tells the time and the date that's all you need. :thumb:
