Bought one - very good, although can be annoying when bleeping!

Do you signal a speed camera / trap when you see it and then it shares that data live with other users?

I'm dredging this up again. I think I need one of these or similar.

I'm really put off by the reports of poor quality, clunky software, freezing issues, not to mention the high price of the subscription.

Anyone suggest any alternatives? Maybe a phone based app might be a better proposition?

There have been a good few software updates since release. I don't have any operational complaints with mine.

Still pleased with mine, although it did recently need repair as it stopped updating, but done FOC.

It's not perfect, but I don't know of a better standalone product.

Does this version of the road Angel still continuously beep regardless of whether you are under the speed limit?

You can configure not to, bit still seems to if you are close to the limit.

I have mine set to alert for all camera and trap sites, but with the least audible notification possible - no warning if under limit, lowest volume, no loop of alert etc.

How accurate is it? Does it miss many cameras?

The camera DB is good, I've not known if to miss a camera, even temporary SPECS locations.
