I'd pay for a coloured username, what does a coloured username mean? It means I support RS246 - 'nuff said, that's it.
Don't call it a premium member, call it a supporting member, if you want.

Challenges are that the minimum quantity is 100 so we may need to shop around.

Mugs are also a minimum of 100. Thinking something like what is below (without the white border on the logo)

Just my opinion but oh hells no to the first hat myself, black/grey might be a more neutral/generally wearable colour for the 2nd hat (beanie). Regarding the mug, got anyone with photochop skills to remove the white bordering, leaving just the pure logo?

The mug yes. Can't you get a Thinsulate hat without the sanitary towel wings?
