I know it sounds rubbish, but the car has really only done motorway miles from my house to work and back i.e. not much exercise on country roads.
Unfortunately it's the economic climate that has forced me to sell. If things change, I really will keep it. It's the best car by far that I have owned and not sure how I will ever replace it

No it's still for sale. I actually have not had many calls. Had two viewings which went nowhere. I should have put it on autotrader.
I have seen another car that I want (it's also a limited edition therefore very few around so I want to snap it up) and therefore keen to shift the RS6 now.
I will consider serious offers north of £24,000, otherwise I am taking it to a specialist car trader in the next week (deals in high end cars) who said they will be able to shift it quickly as they are dealing with the Europeans who are buying lots of performance cars off them because of the exchange rate ! This means that you will see the car actually advertised with them slightly higher than the £25k I put it up for on Piston Heads.
If anyone is seriously interested, please let me know as this could be the last chance to snap it up for a great price.

This car was about £70k new.... £24k is a bargain.
What are you getting next? A tough to follow.

No match for the RS6. I am looking at a Saab 93 Turbo X, apparently only 250 or so came to this country.
It doesnt come anyway near the audi at all but still it will make me smile a little
