2004 (54) RS6 Avant in Avus Silver.

Audi ‘All Component’ Warranty until February 2010.

All the usual refinements:-

• Full black Recaro leather interior with silver piping.
• Silver alcantara headlining (£1,500 option).
• Electrically operated and heated driver and passenger seats
• Heated rear seats.
• Driver, passenger, side and curtain airbags
• Audi RNS-D satellite navigation, Bose speakers, 6-disc changer and TV tuner
• Auto dimming rear-view and wing mirrors
• Electrically operated and folding wing mirrors
• Ski hatch and ski bag through rear arm-rest
• Integrated luggage guard/dog guard
• Front and rear parking sensors
• 19 inch alloy wheels shod with Continental Conti Sport 2 tyres.
• Cruise control

Before I bought this car I spent 6 months scouring the classifieds and RS246.com. I wanted a low-mileage car preferably with a warranty and a black leather interior. It got to the stage that I realised that a warranty was more important than the low mileage as failures can be ignorant of age or use! My search took me to from Edinburgh to London to purchase this car.

I am the 2nd owner of the car, the first owner having traded it in against a new RS6 in January 2009. Before I collected the car it was fitted with brand new front discs and pads at a cost to the dealer of £1,000.

The ‘All Component Warranty’ covers every single non-servicable (e.g. batteries, brake pads) from the engine right down to the radio controls. This warranty is fully transferable to the new owner.

The car benefits from a full Audi Main Dealer Service History. The last service carried out at Edinburgh Audi in March and was the timing belt service – the all important and ‘big’ service. The timing belt should not require to be replaced for another 4 years, depending on Audi’s current recommendation.

Whilst in my care, the car has been fitted with:-

• New TPMS sensors fitted to the front wheels
• New windscreen wipers
• Alloys refurbished last week

This car has been cherished since I bought it and has been regularly valeted. The engine and interior are completely standard. Reason for sale? Impending purchase of a C6 RS6!

Any viewing welcome. Car based in Edinburgh

Plate not included in sale ;)

hello,

Is the car still for sale and would you be able to send some pictures of car. Do you know if the warranty is extendable?

Hi Scott - lots of interest in the car and a potential buyer viewing this weekend - still up for sale in the meantime :)

When the warranty expires it can be extended to 'Named Component' cover - Audi doesn't offer 'All Component' on cars over 5 years old.

Cheers,

Greg

Still for sale :)

The last photograph is my attempt to show up the stone chips on the Driver's side arch - only 4 are chips, the other marks being the reflection from the tarmac you can see in the same pic.
