Im switching over to Non-Res on Saturday courtesy of Unit 20, so these will be available to anyone who has gone deaf and wishes to switch to a more subtle sound

The Res version is great - just not loud enough to my tastes

I was gonna stick with it, but getting brakes done so may aswell make the swap.

how much quieter are silenced pipes David?
i have a cat back milltec on the cabrio and below 2k revs its bloody awefull so Grizz is supplying me the silenced pipes this week..... problem for me is that if her indoors isnt happy with the level of noise reduction its all coming off so I'll have a few week old S4 B6 cat back res and non res exhaust for sale!!!!

what could i realistically get back for it?

I did try to warn you mate !! they shouldnt make a non res for the cabrio !

The res is great, you basically loose the drone that exists on the non res but still get the fantastic rumble when you hit the loud pedal!

But for me, having had a non-res on my 1st RS, the drone isnt so bad on the 6 and also I dont drive it everyday so not worried about the headache it might give me! I just want it LOUD !

if you're talking about the whole miltek catback you'll be selling, no reason why you couldnt get minimum £500 given it cost be around £700 to buy it new for the cabrio

Nope....maybe when both are giving it full beans, but around town the non res it MUCH louder
