Looking for a B7 RS4 Avant still....

Looking for this for a mature a gent friend of mine who currently has a C5 RS6 which I'll be having and wants a B7 Avant for less than dealer prices but more than you'd get in px.
Posted this a few weeks ago and got some response, just missed one I found on Pistonheads as he sold it between booking AA inspection and the inspection taking place.
Wishlist as follows;
Must be an 07 with at least 12 months warranty left
Open on colour
Up to 20k miles.
Up to £32000 ish
Prefer bucket seats and Nav
Unmodified though Milltek ok if original supplied.
No Cat Ds please, will HPI.
Will travel 100 miles from Bham inc M40/M4 corridor
