They are fitted with Audi recommended 265/30/20 94 Y Dunlop SportMaxx GT tyres worth between £280 - £350 each (check last image below)

Yes my mistake. Ive seen this wheel on a variety of Audi's but youve just educated me that different cars have different load ratings. Sorry guys - no expert here lol. Yes for a6 platform you need 99 minimum.
