Hi guys

I have 4 Dunlop SP Sport Maxx tyres for sale. They are these exact tyres - http://www.camskill.co.uk/m61b0s473p730 ... _XL_MFS_TL_

2 of the tyres have done less than 2500 miles, 1 has done less than 1000 and the other has done about 600 miles. I have checked the tread across all points of all 4 tyres and they are all between 6.x to 7.xmm of tread left according to my little gauge. Perfectly good grip/performance for the short time that I had them. I have upgraded my wheels, hence the sale of these.

I am after £500 for all 4 tyres including delivery. You would be looking at about £840+ new for these. Read further down for my final price to get them out of the shed!!!!!!!

Ok, took pictures today since I was outside giving the old rims a quick clean. I have included tyre gauge photos which show the depth at what I found to be the LOWEST points on the tyres . I am a bit flexible on the price too, so I would take £400+Delivery for them if that helps anyone. Feel free to collect too from Farnham, Surrey. There is a lot of tyre left on these!

Ok, these are sitting in the shed and are blocking the Lawnmower so need to go. Puncture-free and will accept £280 cash on collection for them to get them gone! At £200 each new and with tons of tread left on them, I am asking silly money surely. Wheelcourier.com have quoted £50 in for delivery. Come on, I can't be bothered to put up an ebay ad!

Thanks guys. Yes, still for sale. I lost count at around seven 1 post wonders either posting on here or sending me pm's then dropping off the face of the earth as soon as I replied. Starting to think some is joining up repeatedly just to torment me!

Appologies, I am interested but confused myself with the size's I needed (been looking for tyres for my M3 also)
I'm currently running 235 40 18 on a B7 A4 3.0tdi avant. I'm not sure if the standard S line rims are 8" or 8.5"? Anyone know if the 255's would be too wide and how much would they throw the speedo out?

Not really sure but have you tried looking inside the centre caps of the S line rims to see the size, assuming that they are stamped in there? From my simpleton's logic, the tyres would be 1cm wider at either side of the rim so you could see how the current tyres sit space-wise on the current suspension arms, how much space there is around the top inner corner between the tyre and arm (as the 40 profile on 255 rubber will of course mean a taller sidewell as you know), check clearance on both inner and outer full lock, then of course see how wide the current tyres sit in relation to your arches.

No idea about the speedo. If Shopp was around he would have probably scorned/schooled for my idiot way of roughly checking and would probably have scientific measurements, but he ain't so there you go

Unfortunately I think these tyres will be a little too wide and tall to suit my car. Shame as the're a bargain.
Hope you shift them soon!
