H&R 8mm spacers + bolts

Brand new boxed
Pair of 8mm H&R hub centric spacers and 10x longer bolts to suit
These are the proper 150mm face items, not the usual 135mm

are these as simple as i think to fit? And forgive my ignorance but what are the benefits of fitting these?

As easy as you think, yep. Take off wheel, put spacer on hub, wheel onto spacer (or other way round), then fit with longer bolts.
They will "push" your wheels out by the thickness of the spacer, making the wheel fit more flush with the arch.
