What's the minimum width before the rears need changing?

Should be printed on the discs. IIRC the rears are a minimum of 20.4mm thickness!!!

Fronts are 34mm new, recommended change at 32mm.

Idealy should measure with a digital gauge to measure thickness all round, incase warped.
