After selling my Audi S4 (B8 2014 model) recently I have my set of 4 Goodyear UltraGrip 8 Performance Winter Tyres 245/40/18 tyres for sale. Only seen 1 winter, ~4-5k miles and have plenty of tread (~7mm) left as can be seen on the photos. Cost nearly £600 last year - bought in November 2013.
