Sam, I suggested 10mm at the rear with SS+ and Virdee mentioned it was just a touch too wide so I went 8mm all round...

Sorry Mof - don't want to do you out of a sale :thumb:

I got 10mm on the rear, no rubbing issues at all.

Nice one!

I may switch to GY Aysm and I wasn't sure if these are a slightly wider wall...

Hey, what's 2mm anyway :sekret:

Cheers Neil, if my offer is accepted then it'll be a calculated risk.

They would be tried out on both cars which run SS+ setups, one has GY F1 and the other Pilot Sport tyres. I'm thinking they'd work with the Michelin tyres which would be my preference.

Your Avant and 'donor' both run SS+? Nice find to have both with that OEM feature. Although, it would've been interesting to drive a non-SS+ to compare - of which I have not done for any length of time...

Yes the spec was good and ticked a lot of boxes which helped the decission to buy it.

Same here, I tried out a few non SS+ equiped cars when looking to buy originally. They felt a little softer/nicer around town but the direction change and increased body roll was not as good as the SS+ setup. Stu would be the best person to comment having now swapped his suspension over to the SS+ setup, actually it might still be a bit early to comment.

Spacers will be on there way thanks to Moff777  Certainly won't be working with my RS5 winter wheels which are like running a 5mm spacer thanks to the lower ET24 offset. That reminds me, I must see if they fit over the Ceramics now

Yes, I guess to have the sheer luxury of a SS and SS+ to compare back to back would be the best case scenario. Stu would indeed be the best to comment...
