Just experienced Dectane direct customer service as one of my rear clusters was starting to mist internally - no issues on exchange and paid postage both ways to Germany - I thin it swings in round-a-bouts...

Wow, i had the complete opposite, the worst customer service i've ever experienced by a long mile when i wanted to exchange a faulty unit that i ordered from them, they basically left me high and try and said tough...

Wow. I emailed support and eventually got emailing a chap called Niels - arranged the RA number and it was all very easy. How odd...
