New Grooved Phaeton Discs

Post by Tomson » Wed Jul 02, 2014 1:51 pm

Hi All,

Bought these from TPS a couple of weeks ago after reading they would go straight onto the RS6 Plus I have in stock.

TBH though I am not happy spacing out the rear calliper and they certainly don't go straight on the front. Considered getting my engineers to make some new bells and then just decided to bite the bullet, pay the money and do it as Audi intended.

They are part numbers 3D0615301N (365mm floating Phaeton fronts) & 4E0615601L (335mm rears)

They have been grooved, other than that they are as new.

As you know the front are the choice of many B7 RS4 owners, as you just need to swop the Bells for your B7 items.

The rear are almost a perfect fit for C5 RS6's, you just need to space the rear calliper out slightly.

Discussed here..

I only want my money back for them, so thought I would offer them here before they get put on the Bay with PayPal and eBay tax.

Fronts cost me £399.00 including the grooves
Rears cost me £170.00 including the grooves

Are the rears a straight swap for the b7 rs4?

I got them done by a local engineering company, it cost me £100 + VAT for the four. I would have been less but the 365mm fronts were a little big for the usual machine they use.

It was a favour really, but I am sure a firm of good local engineers could do it for you. :beerchug:

Also found this on the dimensions for the rears.

Hi Mate,

Yes the fronts are, just use your old B7 bells.

Not sure about the rears, I don't think they will.

If you want the fronts just give me a bell tomorrow and ill take some card details and get the courier booked.

Not in the morning though, school sports morning.

Cheers

Now on eBay with eBay and PayPal tax added.

I can't quite believe how much it adds to the price - £60.00 to the fronts and £30.00 to the rears.......

Why are eBay so bloody greedy
