Half leather, half alacantra black/grey recaros. Fronts are 12 way electrically adjustable, heated (nice for winter!) and airbagged. Electrics all work, bolsters and backs all in good condition. I gave them a quick wipe over for the pictures, and they have come up OK, but a really good clean before fitting them would see them looking ace.
Drivers side:
Crack on the lower front trim, could be glued easily, and isn't really seen when the seat is fitted in the car anyway
Passengers Side:

Have integral cup holders, which work, but are a bit stiff - could do with a clean to get them to glide smoothly, and one cover is missing, but they only push on anyway
Rear Uprights have armrest with ski hatch and built in ski bag -

Alacantra Headlining:
The first owner of the car spent over £2000 (yep, really!) speccing an alcantra headlining as new from Audi. Obviously this will only fit a C5 S6 Avant, but if you have one, this is a really nice addition. Includes all the A, B & C pillar trims too, the silicon damped grab handles, sunvisors etc. If you havent been in an Audi with one of these specced, it really is a nice detail

Doorcards:
Good condition, the odd mark, but nothing significant - Includes the BOSE speakers and covers etc, but there are currently no trim pieces fitted by teh door handles (see pics) - Your own trim pieces simply push back in

Normally I have no problem with postage etc, but I dont see as there is any way in the world this lot is going in the post! Collection is from Walsall, West Midlands, and at least that means people can look them all over and be happy with condition etc.
To be honest, I would rather it would all go together, and ideally as soon as possible, as I need the space. With that in mind, happy to talk discounts for people who want all of it, and also for those who could collect quickly!
Obviously I know that the whole lot will definitely fit C5 A/S/RS 6's - Knowing VAG, I would imagine that the seats would fit all sorts of other stuff, but you will have to work that out yourself I am afraid if you want them for something else!
