Hi there. Look at the second paragraph on the top post for the link to the tyres. There are TPM's but they ate dead now. If they worked I would be asking for a fair bit more ;)

Apologies, I was looking in the photo links for the tyres. Duh. I'm looking for some 18s to try them out on my C5 RS, and for winter use, but I need to sell my spare set of 19s first. If you still have them in a few weeks' time, I'll give you a shout. I'm not far away up the A3.

Of course, if anyone else wants them in the meantime, then no worries!

Al

PS understood on the sensors - they're not cheap, eh? Seems like a bit of a ripoff if it's only a battery that goes in them. Wonder if anyone's tried to open them up to fit a new battery...

I'll be changing mine soon and dissecting the old ones to find out how to replace the battery. If it's possible.

Yes, I guess there'll need to be some epoxying and that. All I can find online is a chap on YouTube doing a set of Corvette ones. Looks disarmingly straightforward.

Inertia is my ally here then. Sadly, it's up against procrastination on my part, so it's a titanic battle ahead...

Who will win in the epic battle of apathy versus procrastination? Sounds like a potentially dull battle.
