It's your lucky day because I'm not one of those people. I'd say all of that and more, has that restored your faith in forums and the Internet?

GLWS.

We'll all stop free bumping your item now so you can watch it drop into the depths of the egosearch ether.

your 1st post on a new forum being a advert for a crap (imho) registration plate at a crap (imho) price is GENERALLY not seen in a favourable light

you could redeem your standing amongst us, by taking a light hearted approach to the banter Mr Bam is delivering (very well I might add)

genuinely helpful advice is that your plate doesnt really mean anything to most people

so if your market is your local area (as they understand it) then you are best advertising it locally

OK, I'll give you that one. The only acceptable way to take another man's popcorn is with extreme violence.

I HATE being late to a party.

I saw this for sale item a few days ago and never thought for a moment this incongruous looking plate could spark such a bar-room tiff!

OP - for what it's worth I wonder if a forum where owners of a car known as, for example, a "GTS" could be a better audience for it - particularly as you appear to have invested a LOT of hard earned in it...

So, maybe a Porsche Carrera / Cayenne / Panamera GTS owner would jump all over it.

Just a thought.

Oh, and FON.

I don't see the point in spending that much on a plate that isnt obvious £1k is a lot of money!

Paul Daniels has MAG 1C iirc and the one that Steve parish had used to be quite good too :bigblink:

To be fair is a bit harsh to slag off forums in general when your first and only post on here is to sell something!
