Except a B8 RS4 RS5 would not have come with old Sport Contact 3? The plot thickens.

The tyres have been changed at some point as the wheels are currently fitted with B7 sized tyres, which is wjat he originally said they had been fitted too. The spigots also back up this story.

I don't know. I paid about £2200 for mine 2 years ago when they were brand new with brand new rubber (wheels had never seen a hub and tyres never rolled on tarmac). But you can't blam the guy for trying to get a good price (good from his point of view). After all, if you bought them from Audi, you'd be paying a lot more, but me personally, think it's too much for second hand rims and Conti tyres.
