How is it cheap? There are tons for sale with 100k plus for around 13k

The prices have dropped on these.

it "might" get you into a poorly repaired cat c-or somebody desperate to move on may take that as a trade in

reminds me of when insurance rocketed late 80s early 90s cossies dropped like a stone in the book-still got ok "ish" money though
