carbon trim

Post by malcolm300 » Tue Jan 28, 2014 9:18 pm

Hydro dipped carbon fibre interior trim complete apart from the rear ashtray. A cheaper option than buying the oem parts. These parts have 3 coats of laqure and are polished to a high gloss finish so just as durable as the normal cf trim.

Indeed. A part-ex you say? :bigblink: I see the dash panel and gear gaitor trim, where are the other strips from? My existing trim is aluminium I'm guessing?

Yes it does.

£199 + £12 = £211 total including post as opposed to £220 on here.

Nice of you to give your fellows members such a good deal, especially considering we are your target market, you wont have paid to list, there's no final value fee, you will most likely want paypal as a gift or bank transfer to further save fees and you have most likely hydro dipped stock A4 interior cheap plastic shyte from a scrappers worth £30. Pukka R/S4 aluminium or real carbon trim is much rarer, more costly new and hence the reason for a premium on here, I suspect anyone could do all that for less than £220 using stock bits.

But good luck with the sale

Didnt really want to go tit for tat with you on here, firstly for some reason ebay will only let me list postage at £12 but it should be £20 ( im sure youll have something to say about that aswell!) Also the trims were made from original rs4 alu trim as it says rs4 trim..... and as for calling me a knob on my own sale thread cheers for that but im sure if we met face to face you wouldnt be so full of yourself. And as for anyone doing it have you ever tried to hydro dip as its alot harder than most other finishes. I would end this by calling you a knob in return but this isnt really the place for it .....
