Fast Intentions Fullback System for B7 S4

Post by SMAN » Wed Jul 25, 2012 1:27 am

My Fast Intentions fullback system is up for grabs to fit a B7 S4. These are the de facto choice across the pond with proven performance results time and again.

Consisting of gutted 300 cell sports cats, 14" resonated x-pipe with B7 S4 quad 76mm tips, all in 304 ss and 2.5" piping.

I believe the drivers side flexi-section has a slight blow. This can be easily fixed at little cost. Downpipes are for automatic transmission vehicles only.

The catback has reducers fitted as it is currently mated to the standard cats. This can be altered if necessary to join the FI downpipes and catback. As it is, this is a direct bolt-on fit to a standard system and will fit any transmission and body type B7 S4.

Pic of the downpipes:

No pics of the catback as it's still on the car.

A great and unique sound that pops and burbles on overrun. Received nothing but compliments with this.

£750 for the lot (plus postage/or collection in Kent.) I'm taking account of the work needed on the downpipe. Secondhand FI catbacks fetch around £750 alone, so at this price you're basically getting the downpipes for free. A bargain price, especially when you consider the huge premium I paid importing these from the States.

I have one of these with the single dual tailpipes for B6 and the quality is superb. FI really did a great job with the design and testing. The pipes are as straight as can be to maximize flow with minimum disturbance. Here's a few pics of mine installed.

A fantastic exhaust that really brings the V8 to life. A soundtrack you'll never want to stop listening to.

Best performing exhaust for the b7
Great sound too

Two thumbs up (had it for two years and my car was one of the fastest b7 s4s out there)

Thanks for the input... Shame no one seems interested.

Guess all the B7 owners want a "millll-tek."

Milltek sounds great but is 2.25 for the catback (2.5 is far superior) and the cats are too far upstream to let the downpipes off the hook.

Funny because over here the Milltek sits for ages and is ignored because we all know they suck for performance (vs a proper 2.5 with an x-pipe like fi) , while the fast intentions is snapped up in one or two days.

Be patient.

Yeah I know! Who'd have guessed it'd be so hard to shift an FI system.

Still up for grabs peeps.

That is a fantastic looking exhaust. Can't believe nobody's bitten your arm off.
If I had an S4... I'd have that.
