Genuine ipod interface adapter

Just removed from my RS4,genuine adapter that plugs into the back of the head unit into the cd auto changer aux,the end result is an i phone lead that is fed through into the govebox or similar,i used this with my 3Gs i phone should plug into the i phone 4 but never tried as found i phone and i tunes a PIA so got rid.Gauging interest at the minute or offers.The part numbers on the adapter unit are 000 051 444 0

Does this work with the RNS-E or just the standard head?

Yes RNSE it came out of my RS4 with Nav etc only requires 1 an earth to be connected to origonal harness,all other connecters are factory plug in type,ive had a pm about this item which ive yet to reply too but if no interest there and its any good to you then we could proceed

When using the iPod can you see track names, playlists etc in the RNSE screen or is it blind?

Still got it but ive just returned to work for two weeks and its tucked away with the car at home,cant remember if it displayed track titles or not to be honest as i never really used it,not looking for alot make an offer if its of interest.

No the miltec gets boring after a while so it would be nice to hear some ac/dc, fleet wood mac, eagles etc
